From Start to Finish
Our Process
Good Faith Estimate
Our estimator will review your project details in further depth with you. Desired styles and finishes will be discussed with you in this phase. After these details are discussed, we typically will provide you with a good faith estimate range.
Acceptance and Scheduling
Once the final estimate is agreed upon and signed by both you and us, we can officially schedule your project on our construction calendar! The deposit for your project will be required, and our project manager will begin to communicate the details of your project timeline. Communication is at the core of our business model and our mission. We will be updating you throughout every phase of your project from here on out. We strive to be very responsive to every question you will be asking.
Inquiry Phase
Upon receiving your inquiry, we make it a priority to reconnect with you within 2 business days to schedule a complimentary estimate consultation. Our commitment to efficiency ensures that your vision is met with the attention it deserves from the very start of our construction process.
Preconstruction Services Phase
If the good faith estimate is within your ideal budget, we will then schedule a time to meet at the project site with you in person. We do charge a preconstruction services fee for this phase. What does this fee cover?
Multiple project site visits if needed to confirm the design scope of work needed for your project.
Coordinate with subcontractors to walk through site or give scope of work description for estimate purposes.
Collaborate with designers and architects throughout the design/build process of your project.
Meet with suppliers to determine pricing for items needed to complete your project.
Draft a final project estimate that will serve as your project contract once signed by both you and us.
Construction Phase and Beyond
This is it! We keep you updated throughout the whole construction process. We take great pride in keeping our word in regard to the project timeline, craftsmanship, and quality of work. We will be there to answer any questions, address any change orders, and be present for any inspections as needed. We truly hope that we can help you make your dream a reality throughout the construction process. We stand behind our work and will be there for you in whatever way we can after the project is completed. We hope you make many great memories for years to come in your new space!
Initial Consultation
A Matthew 6 Construction representative will reach out to you in order to gather more details about your project. You may be asked to provide the project address, existing photos, and other aspects of your project so we can have a deeper understanding of your scope of work.
