Transform Your Home with a Beautiful Addition

At Matthew 6 Construction, we specialize in crafting custom home additions that not only expand your living space but also enhance the functionality and aesthetic of your home. Whether you’re looking to add an extra bedroom, a spacious kitchen, or a luxurious master suite, our expert team of architects, designers, and builders are here to bring your vision to life.

Types of Home Additions We Offer

Room Additions

Whether you need an extra bedroom, a home office, or a playroom for the kids, we can design and build a room that blends seamlessly with your existing home.

Kitchen Extensions

If your kitchen is feeling cramped, a kitchen extension can provide more counter space, cabinets, and storage while creating a better flow for cooking and entertaining.

Master Suite Additions

A luxurious master suite can provide a private retreat within your home, complete with a spacious bedroom, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom.

Second-Story Additions

Need more space but don’t want to sacrifice your yard? A second-story addition can add rooms or a new level of living space without altering the footprint of your home.

Sunrooms & Outdoor Living Spaces

Bring the outdoors in with a sunroom, or extend your living space with a deck, patio, or outdoor kitchen. These additions add both beauty and functionality to your home.

Basement & Attic Conversions

Turn your basement or attic into a livable area with our conversion services. From home theaters and guest rooms to office spaces and gyms, we can transform your underutilized spaces into valuable living areas.

Matthew 6 is the real deal. They are the type of construction support you would expect and want. They are not the stereotypical construction company where you have to plan for delays and other hiccups in your project. I highly recommend hiring them for any project you have that they can do.

New Construction FAQ

  • The first step typically involves having an architect create design plans. Some customers come to us with plans, while others have no idea where to start. We can help you no matter where you are in your planning process!

  • In order to receive a detailed quote for your project, there is a lot of work that has to be completed first. We must have blueprints for the build. We also need to consult with our licensed subcontractors, check with building suppliers, and take many other factors into consideration. There is a pre-construction services fee that covers these processes if you are interested in starting the estimating process.

  • Timelines can vary based on the scope of the project, weather conditions, and other factors. A rough estimate will be provided by our team once we get an understanding of the full scope of your project.

  • Budgeting is a crucial aspect, and costs depend on factors such as size, materials, location, and complexity. It is important to consider and discuss how you plan on paying for your project. We will provide a detailed estimate to help set realistic expectations.

  • Changes are possible, but they may impact the timeline and cost. We will discuss these factors with you during the pre-construction and construction phases to assess the feasibility of the desired changes.

  • You can come to us with plans that you and an architect have already designed, or we can walk you through the design process with our architect!

  • We know and understand the state and local codes! Inspections during various construction phases also help ensure compliance with all state and local codes.

  • We emphasize regular communication throughout the whole construction process. We will provide updates every step of the way! We also encourage you to ask for updates, attend site visits, and address any questions or concerns you might have as soon as you are able.
